17. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
To ensure order authenticity and smooth processing, Cash on Delivery (COD) orders at Celeb Bags are subject to the following conditions:
For all Cash on Delivery orders, customers are required to pay ₹300 in advance at the time of order confirmation.
The remaining balance amount must be paid at the time of delivery to the courier partner.
The advance payment is non-refundable under all circumstances, as Celeb Bags follows a No Refund, No Exchange, No Return Policy.
Open box delivery is not available for Cash on Delivery or prepaid orders. Customers are requested to accept the sealed package at the time of delivery.
Failure to pay the balance amount at the time of delivery may result in order cancellation, and the advance payment will not be refunded.
This policy helps us maintain quality assurance, prevent misuse of COD services, and continue offering reliable delivery worldwide through our trusted logistics partners.

18. Return to Origin (RTO)
Celeb Bags follows a strict and controlled Return to Origin (RTO) policy. We strongly encourage customers to accept the parcel at the time of delivery, as RTOs create unnecessary logistics costs and operational losses.
Important RTO Terms:
Customers are required to accept the parcel when the courier partner attempts delivery.
Celeb Bags does not promote or encourage the Return to Origin (RTO) process and rarely entertains RTO requests, unless the customer faces a genuine and verifiable delivery-related issue.
- If the customer fails to accept the parcel, is unavailable, refuses delivery, or does not respond during these attempts, the shipment may be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
RTO Charges:
If an RTO is initiated after all delivery attempts fail, the customer is required to pay ₹300 as return shipping charges.
This amount covers logistics and courier costs incurred due to non-acceptance of the parcel.
The ₹300 RTO charge is mandatory and non-refundable.
COD Orders & Re-shipment Policy:
In case of unsuccessful Cash on Delivery (COD) delivery, the parcel will not be re-sent on COD basis.
Any re-shipment after a failed COD delivery will be processed only through 100% advance payment using standard shipping.
Celeb Bags reserves the right to decline future COD orders from customers with repeated failed deliveries or RTO history.
By placing an order with Celeb Bags, you acknowledge and agree that accepting the parcel at the time of delivery is the customer’s responsibility, and any RTO initiated due to non-acceptance will attract applicable charges as mentioned above.
